We are typically engaged by solicitors to provide reports on properties for use as expert evidence and or determination in insurance claims and legal proceedings.

VPCO provides expert inspection and consulting services by way of observing the “as built” conditions of the property and undertaking document review of the contractually agreed documents.

VPCO consider the evidence and arguments advanced by the parties, and provide our expert opinion in relation to the contract requirements, the relevant aspects of the National Construction Code and Australian Standards pertaining to  the listed and or observed defective and or incomplete items.

VPCO, provides reasons which reveal the intellectual process that was followed to substantiate each issue within the dispute, typically involving provision of recommendations and costing analysis.
